Complaint and return

Returns and Cancellation Policy:

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of exchange/withdrawal when shopping online. This means that within 14 days of receiving your package, you can return unused, undamaged items. If a product has been used or handled carelessly, making it unsellable as new, you may be required to compensate the webshop for the depreciation. To determine the characteristics or function of a product, you may need to open the packaging, which should be done as gently as possible and returned along with the item.

Please note that you do not have the right of exchange or withdrawal for goods that have been manufactured according to your instructions.

If you, as a private individual, use your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In case of a faulty product, we will refund the return shipping cost and what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided that we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable time.

If you decide to cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount for the item. Shipping costs to you as a customer and the return shipping cost of 995 SEK will not be refunded. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received your item. The refund will be made through the payment method you chose when placing the order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. Through Klarna, you can also check when the return has been registered by downloading an updated version of your invoice.

Transportation Damages:

We take responsibility for the transportation risk, i.e., the risk of the item being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. However, you, as a customer, must inspect the item/items before the driver leaves the delivery location so that the driver can note any shipping damage. Any damage must be reported to us in writing via email to info@nooliliving.se. Pictures of packaging, contents, and a description of the damage should be included in the report. We need this information immediately after delivery (no later than 1 day after the item is handed over).

You are responsible for the risk of any return to us. If the item is damaged, we will charge a fee for this damage.

A return or complaint number must always be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.

Instructions:

  • This instruction applies to all types of return requests. It is important to fill in all fields in the return form.
  • The return number is valid for 14 days, and the return must be received by us within these days.
  • We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and checked.
  • Upon return, ALL products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
  • Always send the product in outer packaging to avoid damaging the original packaging.
  • Pack the goods well to avoid damage.
  • Attach a copy of the return confirmation to the return and send it to us.

NOTE: Returns sent without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.
